Physical Balance is located in the Longwell Building off of Main Street in Westminster, Maryland. However, you can not enter the Longwell Building from Main Street. Parking and the main entrance is in the rear of the building off of Longwell Avenue. From Main Street, turn onto Longwell Avenue. It is the intersection with a light between Center Street and Route 27. There is a parking lot on the left between the parking garage and Longwell Ave) or you can park in the parking garage.
